Parent Coaching
Parent coaching will provide a space and routine where we can talk through concerns, goals and education on things like emotional regulation. With the aim to create a space to implement discussed strategies during the therapy sessions. This can occur at home, in the community, or via Telehealth.
1:1 Parent support: 40mins face to face meeting. Resource to implement.
Cost: $193.99.
Additional option for 1:1 nervous system support for parents. You are the main regulator for children, and sometimes you need a space to breath as well. See Below
Family Reconnect: 10 sessions over 5 weeks
In Home Therapy
Family connected, home based, client designed therapy sessions aimed to apply strategies, tools with in your home. Therapy is provided in the home/community as this is the direct environment the child engages in, there is also a sense of familiarity and control, supporting emotional regulation.
Ways we can work together:
Nervous System Reset: 1:1 OT for the child intensive style. This includes two 1hr sessions per day, one in the morning, one in the evening repeated for 5 days. An investment for regulation reset.
Cost: $1939.90.*
Intro into OT: 1:1 initial appointment. 1.5hr face to face and home program. Dive into your child’s unique sensory profile, human design break down and tailored home program
Cost: $490.00*
Thrive at school: Observation at school, liaison with teachers and school staff to support regulation in the school environment. Including regulation supports to implement at school.
Cost: $193.99/hr
Tune Up: 1:1 session for existing clients. When needing session to reconnect with the body

1:1 Nervous sytem Coaching
Our Nervous System governs everything we do. During these session we will dive into your own unique nervous system and create ways to support harmonious flow between its states.
Community Connection
Weekly parents group. This is yoga based, and a space for you to nourish your own nervous system.

We understand that this service design is unique and will not match all families. Please take into consideration that this service is designed to support families to not rely on regular therapy. You, the parent, career or guardian are required to participate in sessions. This can be a confronting and vulnerable experience, where support is guaranteed. It is designed that the therapist has a smaller caseload, meaning more emotional space for you and your family.

We offer a 1.5-2hr education on understanding Emotional Regulation. The training is on importance of Emotional Regulation, how it impacts the kiddies, your own emotional regulation capacity and simple ways to support regulation to engage in every day tasks.
